  • Jenny

    Jenny Marsden

    Vet

    BVSC MRCVS

    Jenny graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2009. Having grown up in the North West of England, she made the move to Fife to be nearer family in 2011. She worked at several local practices before joining the Lomond Hills team in 2016. She enjoys all aspects of small animal general practice. Jenny moved into the role of Clinical Director in 2022.

    Jenny lives on a farm, so has to has to swap cats and dogs for cow wrangling when not at the clinic. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her husband, 2 children and Keith the cat, and loves to horse ride when she has spare time. 

  • Gethin

    Gethin Edwards-Jones

    Veterinary Surgeon

    Gethin is originally from Wales, he grew up in Snowdonia before moving to Scotland. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2023, after intercalating in Zoology. He has an interest in exotic animals, as he used to work as a reptile keeper. He currently owns 2 rescued snakes - Basil and Jorm. In his free time he enjoys climbing with friends and racing his FPV drones. 

  • Lauren

    Lauren Fraser

    Nurse

    RVN

    Lauren is Head Veterinary Nurse at the clinic. She graduated from Stirling University with a BSc(Hons) in Psychology, and then went on to study nursing at the College of Animal Welfare. She has a keen interest in diagnostic imaging and medical nursing. 

    When she is not nursing, she loves to spend as much time as she can with her daughter, partner and their greyhound, Hunter. They enjoy being outdoors as much as possible and she can always be found with a book in her hand.

  • Lucy

    Lucy Miller

    Student Veterinary Nurse

    Lucy started working for Lomond Hills back in November of 2021 as a veterinary receptionist. Since then, she has studied as a Veterinary Care Assistant, and has since started training to be a Veterinary Nurse. In her free time, Lucy enjoys climbing munros and hiking with her dog Seb. Lucy also has a rescue cat called Sally who loves stealing and eating olives!

  • Abbie

    Abbie Steenson

    Student Veterinary Nurse

    Abbie in one of our Student Veterinary Nurses. She is currently in second year. She has been working in veterinary practice for the past 4 years and has also completed her HND in Animal Care. She loves the team at Lomond Hills and is excited to start her nursing career here. 

    Abbie enjoys spending time with her 3 year old golden retriever Oban, and loves walking, wild swimming, and going to the gym. 

  • Jenna

    Jenna Johnstone

    Receptionist

    Jenna is our Practice Manager, she joined the Lomond Hills team in 2018. Having come from a retail background it was a complete change for her, but she found her feet at reception and has never looked back. 

    Jenna ensures that the team is always well fed, often bringing in pancakes or sweet treats to keep us happy!

    Her skills don't stop at baking and office tasks, when the clinic gets busy she will always help out the clinical team aswell. Jenna enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her husband and children along with their two labradors. 

  • Kambell

    Kambell Thomson

    Receptionist

    Kambell is our receptionist, most of our clients will have had the pleasure of meeting him while in clinic. 

    He became part of the team in January 2023, previously coming from a pharmaceutical/ retail background so is used to a busy environment and takes everything in his stride. 

    He said 'It has been a great experience working with all the team and clients we have here, plus meeting all the wonderful pets!'
